Absolutely 5 stars! We booked this lovely taxi driver for a transfer from Benidorm Old Town to Alicante Airport, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was about five minutes late due to the morning rush hour but he kindly texted ahead to let us know. Halfway through the journey I started feeling unwell, which is not exactly the kind of in-car entertainment anyone signs up for. Without hesitation, he calmly pulled over and was so kind, patient, and understanding about it. He handled it better than I did, to be honest! If you?re looking for a reliable, thoughtful driver with the patience of a saint, look no further. Highly recommend ? although next time I promise to be a less eventful passenger!

Communication was exceptional from booking to completion of booking. We booked from alicante airprot to benidorm and the drivers were ontime and helpful, cars were very clean. Drivers helped with luggage. Safe driving too. Would use again. As a taxi driver in the uk, I would never use a transport bus as I know how convenient a private transfer is and the service to expect - you didnt disappoint . 5* all round

I recently used this service to collect us from the airport and to take us back at the end of our holiday. It was a first class service. Waiting at the airport on our arrival and outside our apartment early ready for our return. Completely stress free. Our driver was friendly and very professional. He knew exactly where he was going despite our very limited Spanish language. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
